Who We Are

We are practitioners, not philosophers or theorists. Our goal is to be example driven, not theory oriented. We’ve learned the hard way, from years of experience as we’ve worked to build a healthy, purposeful company culture. Several friends have encouraged and challenged us along the way with their own stories, which we are able to pass along to you. We hope their stories will be an encouragement to you.
